My frame bolts have looked like that since day one! If you look closely the hardware is way too small to have made those marks on the frame. Well on my BX anyway! My guess is it was something put there during the painting process then removed. Probably to help things from moving once the bolts...

It takes quite a bit to get the temp needle to move on mine. Probably about as accurate as the fuel gauge!

Are any of the grease zerks on the backhoe painted over? This has been a problem lately with Kubota. The paint on the zerks wont let grease enter and the pins are dry and some break!

Yes sir! NEPA has a big snow coming! I cant wait! Retired with tractor! I hope we get 3 feet! I live on a small mountain or HILL as some may call it.
