Kubota L4701 150 hours rear end stripped gear popping noise. NOW WITH VIDEO

Watched the video, no issues until you hit the brake. My bet is on something with the brakes. Nothing to do with gearing.

Kubota L4701 150 hours rear end stripped gear popping noise. NOW WITH VIDEO

You just need to either pay Kubota to diagnose it or you need to break it apart and repair/diagnose yourself. Do not get back on that machine. Yes it sucks but being stubborn isnt going to help if it kills you.

    Kubota 040-4 Excavator

I am absolutely floored the Kubota dealer recommended a new engine. What justification did they give for that repair given the symptoms your machine exhibits?

    Kubota 040-4 Excavator

Crud in the fuel tank? The KX040 is a high pressure common rail engine so I dont think you can easily bleed the injector lines. I am no expert here so maybe others will chime in.

B26 TLB - What is this hydraulic 'thing'?

If its not being used I would cap it at the pump and disconnect that hose. No way I would not break it off, but we are in the mountains with rocks and sticks everywhere.

B26 TLB - What is this hydraulic 'thing'?

That hose on the bottom is just crying to be broken off by a stick, rock, etc. Is it plumbed into your hydraulic pump and you just thought it was transmission?

    Wood Chipper Manufacturers

I have a Woodland Mills WC88. I have used it for 2 years now, no issues. Good build quality, hydraulic chute control. Eats everything I throw at it. I know lots of folks are happy with WoodMaxx as well. Both great options in my opinion.

    Solar Electric Fencer

Our German Shepherd keeps them off the deck up here in the mountains. If they are anywhere that he can smell or hear them he runs them off. If they chase him towards the house it would be plan B which has not happened yet but would be similar to that described above. No way I am putting an...

RTR2570 - Mechanic keeps saying it’s too big for my L4310

Sounds like the mechanic needs to go, but you need to have another lined up if you arent able to do your own routine maintenance. However you didnt give specifics on why the mechanic said the tiller was the issue and what other problems it has caused for your tractor.
