New guy with a BX23S looking for opinions.

I'm not familiar with the backhoe subframe/mount on your 23S but, if I were to guess, it would interfere with the valve. Attached is a pic of the valve on my BX2370-1. Hope this helps. Regards,

Poly or Rubber Edge for RB1660

Chimpy, I run a 60" rear blade with horse stall mat replacing the steel cutting edge. Instead of cutting the mat to 60" length, i leave it the full 72" width with 6" overhanging each end of the rear blade. Seems to help if i happen to get tooooooo close to immoveable objects. Might work for...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Plowed snow again after work. Sure nice to have a cab, lights, heat and a wiper. One of my elderly neighbors gives me this as I'm clearing their driveway. Regards

I have those same style 'golf cart' mirrors on my cab. Visibility is good. I can see the edge of the blade behind.

    rear view mirrors.

They’re inch square neodymium x1/8” permanent magnets, fringe benefits from work as long as you’re not to proud to root thru the scrap hopper.😉. Might be able to find something comparable on amazon or use the round ones D2 supplied the link for. I’m not sure if all permanent magnets behave...

MP, Outstanding job on breathing life back into that deck! Your dad would be proud. Let us know how it turns out. And, i fully understand the 'winter keep out of her hair' project! That was me a couple years ago fabbing a cab for my BX. Regards

    rear view mirrors.

Like D2, Universal Jeep mirrors off amazon or flea bay with permanent magnets on the loader arms. Easy on, easy off.

Converting my 5’ manual adjusted rear grading blade to hydraulically operated

I'd be happy to share but, I need to let you inside my head (that's scary) on my design process. On my blade (its a King Kutter XB) I wanted to ability to go back to manual angle adjustment if I ever needed to. Read, if I had problems with the angle cylinder, hoses or rear remote valve, I...

Repeat Failures on RCK60B-23BX MMM Deck Blade / Pulley Covers (Plastic shields)

I’ve had my RCK60D-26BX deck for 5 years, never any issues with belt rub. But, as RCW said, they do tend to collect debris. May just remove them before next mowing season as others have done.

Converting my 5’ manual adjusted rear grading blade to hydraulically operated

I would think that if you added ears to both sides of your pivot hole plate (orange) and a clevis mount cylinder (green) your modifications should turn out pretty clean and the hardware pretty easy to fab up too.

Converting my 5’ manual adjusted rear grading blade to hydraulically operated

Farmer, This is what I cobbled together for my rear blade. Allows me to rotate blade 180 deg by pulling the at the blade (the picture shows a threaded dowel pin i used for mock up). Somewhere i still have my 2D drawings for all the details if you're interested. Regards.
