You'll probably be fine. If fully threaded, I would periodically (every x times trailered) check them. If a crack has began to propagate from the root of a thread, you'll likely twist the bolt off. Better to check and be safe, than losing one on the road. I've attached a bolt strength chart...

Just a guess but, since many of these are used at mowers Kubota reversed the airflow to keep you cooler in the summer. If you want heat in the winter, you'll need to blank off the screen below the steering wheel, provide another fresh air intake path and install a heater core/fan similar to...
