Would a BX 1880 meet my needs?

THIS Also, I had the same choice as you, but went with the BX2380 for slightly more HP, larger tires(smoother ride), nicer seat and tilt steering. I think there was something else, but now I forget.

So is it always slow now or only for a few seconds? (then OK)

L4701 seat rattles my brains, any remedies?

My BX is way waaaay more bumpy when mowing my old lawn which used to be a cow pasture....compared to my TG1860 (which has the normal 2-spring seat but also 2 "mini-bike" shocks the whole rear assembly rides on. ) I partially solved the bumpiness when mowing in high gear. (it's fine for...

out on a limb no more

Thanks Springer. That's one serious looking saw ! The one I bought looked more like a big guitar string from an acoustic guitar with a keychain ring on each end. (don't buy one unless you are only sawing a 3/4" thick sapling) Cheers

out on a limb no more

Can you please post a photo or link to the saw you used? (I looked on homedepot but didn't see it...maybe I am using the wrong search parameters) Reason I ask, is, I bought a cheap $10 or $15 rope saw from Canadian Tire <<there's a hint I am not in the USA) and it took me forever to get it up...

    I guess

We see deer about every other day where I am, but the bucks are quite rare. It's been probably a year since I've seen one and at the time, there were 2 young ones. (1 or 2 pt?) and a cat out by the woodpile. It was so funny, I was literally LMAO.... the cat was driving these 2 very young...

    Tektite cab on a BX2380?

tigercub, I appreciate you taking the time. Since I am a tractor newb, I am not sure if a: BX23s sits higher than a BX2380 and/or Industrial tires are taller than Turfs and/or your model -(a couple years old?) is taller than the current KUBX80-01 model seen on their website. Does yours look...

    Tektite cab on a BX2380?

Awesome. Thank you very much. If you could...to the tallest spot on the cab. Love to see a photo of it too, if you were so inclined to share. Please let us know what tires you run as well. Cheers from the eye of (post?) Tropical Storm Elsa.

    M5660 Seat Suspension Upgrade

I was going to upgrade the seat on my BX2380, but at least for now, refuse to invest well north of $1000 to do that. For the moment I have one of those foamy looking car seat pads and inside of that, have an air bladder I put very little air into. I also let a couple pounds of pressure out of...

    Tektite cab on a BX2380?

Let it go,. I am not lying about the height of my garage door and my questions are honest. This is OTT, not "why is your house like that(?) talks" ;-)
