    Forestry Mulcher

Hell, I'd jump on that. I got a $4,000 quote for 6 acres. Leaving everything that is still standing. It's thick underbrush and fallen trees though. Lots of good wood still standing and its tight. Hills and a creek too. I would love to have that section thinned out, but that's a bit steep for a...

Wow. That's pretty good! Round here it's $250/ hr. USD. That's like $330 CN!!

They do here. Minimum of 8. That's why I asked.

If you don't mind me asking, what is their hourly rate? Or, how much for what size area?

Did I just get scammed on manual purchase

Oh it's definitely easy enough to have multiple pages open and displayed in multiple windows at the same time. You can even write notes in the PDF pages. I've been dealing with software and computers for a very long time as a profession. When (if) I can retire, I don't think I'll want anything...

I'll take a peek at mine later on. Maybe come up with a workaround

    Forestry Mulcher

I suppose it depends on how confident you are. I would have no problem with one. Plenty of track loader experience. I know the hazards and what safety precautions should be in place. It's not rocket surgery. Rules 1 and 2 pretty much get me by any task in operating. 1) Don't do questionable...

    BXpanded ?

That is a great idea! I may have to try that.

    Forestry Mulcher

Problem I see with the self powered unit- oil starvation. If it is a wet sump engine, you'll run it dry if you have it tilted >20° I don't know what your needs are, but renting a mulcher or hiring it out might be a good option. Then you can maintain it with your rotory

    BXpanded ?

Ah, now I get it. I misread that you were using a back blade ALSO, and not instead. Yeah, you might have a few inches on each side it doesn't clear. Not a big deal if it's not the primary blade. Side note- we don't often get a lot of snow here. If we do get "the big one", I devised a cuku plan...

    BXpanded ?

Just remember if you angle that blade it won't cut a 54" path. It might do 48" depending on the angle.

    Brake carnage!!

Good input. Thank you. I already relocated my front brake hard lines when I added 1.5" up front. So I'll probably just go stock length. Are these the clips you are referring to? I could just walk out to the shop and look at my truck. But it's raining. Lol...

    Brake carnage!!

How was the installation? Everything line up well with a proper amount of slack? I'm going to order a set myself this winter. The flushing and a new set of tires will be due. I figure to do it all and only take the wheels off once.

Make sure you dont have pop ups blocked on your browser. Often times a pop up window will appear to download a pdf file. If you have a blocker enabled, the window will be blocked.

    Type of trailer?

I have used my Sherline scale a decent amount. Once I figured out where to place stuff in the toy hauler to achieve 1,700 lbs on the tongue, I just kept loading it the same way every time. I'll check it if a add more bikes or "stuff" just to be safe.

    Type of trailer?

I think if I were to buy a trailer for hauling the tractor, it would be a dump trailer. They are more expensive, but more than a one trick pony.

First off, welcome to OTT. My suggestion is to stick with the K branded filter.
