    Which types of grease?

"Moly" greases are lithium complex (lithium soap" greases. The difference is that your general purpose/ bearing greases do not contain as much molybdenum as a "moly grease". A high molybdenum content is not recommended for ball/ roller bearings but it will generally work fine. I would not use it...

The "E" fuse is underneath it.

    Best clevis pin retaining method?

You could go all out and get these. Then drop a lynch pin in the end. And safety wire the lynch pin 😁

    Best clevis pin retaining method?

I'm partial to lynch pins myself. No particular reason. They have never failed me. If you are super concerned about them coming off, use a bolt and nylon locking nut.

    The mouse mystery.

Weird for sure. They can scale unbelievable things. I'm betting he went in from the opening but couldn't get out due to the lip around the rim.

Dropped stick in L3800D Hydraulic Fill

While It does suck, the sump screen and filter should prevent any damaging particles from running through the hydraulics. That's what they are for. I have found a lot of interesting things in oil pans. Nuts, bolts, washers and what I thought was a diamond. Turned out to be a fake. Which is...

How did we manage to reach adulthood?

What is this "adulthood" you speak of? 😆 In the 90's we took old skateboard decks (without trucks and wheels) and used them as snowboarsd behind my old Bronco. I tied a waterski rope ot the hitch. We would cruise the parkway over and over. The police in their Crown Vics would just watch and...

    The cost of getting old

That's why I put gutter screens on last year. I used to walk around the roof like a spider monkey on a pile of poop. Actually, I still can. It's the ladder part that gets me. I didn't want to become the typical headline " 40 something year old man falls off ladder".

    L2502 3 point hitch

Yeah, that does not sound right at all.

    L2502 3 point hitch

Can't say I have experienced that with the 2501. If I move the lever too slowly DOWN there is some bounce. Never up.

    over pressuring filled tires

Initially, inflation to max pressure listed in the tire can help seal the bead. They should then be set to the appropriate pressure.

    Changing Tires on Tandem Trailer

Hey, if it works it works! The one time I needed it, I had to bust out the hydraulic bottle jack as well to clear the replacement wheel. That's when I went and bought a 12 ton pneumatic bottle jack. No pumping while crammed under the trailer!

    Radiator screen problem solved.

That's true. If I was crawling around under the hood, I would probably use something more reliable.

    Changing Tires on Tandem Trailer

I found that there is too much flex with the center spring hanger. At least on a 13k toy hauler. Maybe if it was on flat solid pavement it would have worked.

    Another Farmer Engineering Project.

Crazy enough it just might work! The extended curl cylinders are a concern though. Maybe less stress going in reverse.

    B2601 grapple

Food for thought- if it only weighs 220, will it be easy to bend? That just doesn't sound like a lot of steel on a 66 incher. For reference, my 55" is 290. Homestead makes some solid stuff delivered to your door.

    Changing Tires on Tandem Trailer

Yessir. Found that out the hard way. Now I carry a pneumatic bottle jack and hook it up to the onboard air on the truck. Took 15 minutes to change one on the side of the road. Then another 15 to find a hole in traffic to get back in the interstate. Lol!!

    Radiator screen problem solved.

Some people use aluminum angle to sit in the shaft. Use sticky felt on the angle to prevent scratches. Personally, I just use unistrut under the bucket to the ground.

    Fire extinguisher.

This discussion is about fire extinguishers. Which you would have to be present for. If you aren't present then a fire extinguisher is as good as an unloaded firearm. 10 miles or 1000 miles. Doesn't matter a bit unless you have a fire suppression system.
