L4060 HST oil filter change 50hr

Doing my 50 hour service this weekend on my 2502. I was surprised by how much cheaper it is to get the filters at Napa verses the Kubota dealer.

    landscape rakes

Yeah that would be my guess. All along I kept thinking the 5 footer looked like it was designed for a sub-compact tractor because it's just so much smaller than the 6 footer they have sitting beside it.

    landscape rakes

Not on the King Kutters at Rural King, they are substantially different height, thicker frame, longer tines, etc. Everything about the 6 footer is much beefier than the 5 footer.

    landscape rakes

 It's probably me worrying too much. I was concerned that the 6' rake is so much taller than the 5' that it could cause issues. But since I have a hydraulic top link, I should have full adjustability to raise and lower it with no issues.

    landscape rakes

My concern was mostly the height of the implement and it not being too tall.

    Truck / trailer questions

The CJ's are my favorite Jeep of all but the TJ is running up up there with it for me. My last two Jeeps were a 17 JK and a 22 JKU both were Willys. The JKU was the GF's ride and she had to have it in a manual shift. I installed my lift on the side of the road in her housing addition. Used 20...

    landscape rakes

Thanks for all the feedback fellers. Sounds like I would benefit from adding one to my collection. The 6' king kutter rake is substantially bigger (not just wider) than the 5' model. Has anyone used the 6' model on their L series?

    landscape rakes

I have never used a landscape rake before. I have been considering getting one to use in y woods to drag stuff around with. But now that I have a grapple coming, I'm not sure if the landscape rake will be needed. So tell me about what all you have used a landscape rake for? My long driveway is...

    Truck / trailer questions

We have a fleet of the 7.3 gassers here at the university that my BIL oversees. They are a pulling machine with tons of torque. It's still too early to determine if the 7.3 is as good, or better (reliability wise), than the 6.2 has been. The 6.2 will go down in history as one of the best engines...

I have heard that, too. That's probably half the problem is I am covered like a rug in hair. Well, except for my head... It's a solar panel for a sex machine.

Turkey season about to kick off!

In my state you aren't allowed to bait an animal and I agree with that rule. Now we are allowed to put out feed plots to attract them in which I feel is a bit different. I'm in a huge farming community so there are food plots everywhere, mostly fields of corn and bean. I do put out corn a few...

Turkey season about to kick off!

So turkey season opens here this week. I was back in my woods last week and had a HUGE tom run past me. Have seen lots of tracks around the watering holes back there too. Hopefully I can bust a wall hanger. Who else hunts these birds?

    Truck / trailer questions

I just purchased a 3/4 ton to do my towing. Generally, when you jump up to the a 3/4 ton and larger you step into the commercial series of trucks and get an all around better truck. Everything about the truck is built a little heavier/better.

    Ticks!

Thanks guys! Day 4 of Doxycycline and feeling a little better although, I have probably in the neighborhood of 150 tick bites on my body and they are still itching terribly and don't seem to want to heal up. I'm a guy who comes home from work and works outside until dark but for the last week I...
