She and I just about finished the pork….did a number on the fried rice too…..
Now if I could get a smoker and make it work like you do…..
Dang, that pink center is a chef's kiss....and that fried rice is picture perfect.
I can do all that a pellet smoker does plus pizza and reverse sear steaks at 700F. Once you get bit by the smoking bug, the antidote is more brisketGet you a pellet grill. Then you got the best of both worlds. I love mine

I bought my red one used off a competition cooker. He got a new sponsor and the old had to go. That was back in 2011. The BGE was from my BIL who bought it and said it was too big. Worked out a trade for another of the red ones I found at a close out that had been in the garage unused for years. The wife questions my madness at times but seldom questions what comes off those smokers. With any style you get, the biggest lesson is patience. You can’t rush Q.Thanks John. Really was good.

Dang John - - that's sweet. Maybe I could make a shed big enough to put a 6,000 pound Minneapolis Moline in it besides.....I bought my red one used off a competition cooker.
