Starting work on roast pork tenderloin on the grill and some vegetable fried rice.

It’s 38 degrees F, so grilling is a good thing! 😋

Didn’t realize it until I took the picture, but my carrot is bent… o_O o_O o_O …I should ask my doctor about a prescription.

Pork tenders have been marinating overnight with olive oil, soy sauce, ground ginger and coriander.

Will likely just do one of them and vacuum seal the other for another day.

The soy will burn, so do a light sear. Then kind of medium heat until about medium.

Get you a pellet grill. Then you got the best of both worlds. I love mine 👍👍👍

I can smoke, grill, seer, or bake with it.

I can do all that a pellet smoker does plus pizza and reverse sear steaks at 700F. Once you get bit by the smoking bug, the antidote is more brisket

I bought my red one used off a competition cooker. He got a new sponsor and the old had to go. That was back in 2011. The BGE was from my BIL who bought it and said it was too big. Worked out a trade for another of the red ones I found at a close out that had been in the garage unused for years. The wife questions my madness at times but seldom questions what comes off those smokers. With any style you get, the biggest lesson is patience. You can’t rush Q.

Dang John - - that's sweet. Maybe I could make a shed big enough to put a 6,000 pound Minneapolis Moline in it besides.....

Well... next time you update your grill...... 😉😉😉
True.

Well, when we still had kids here I often had 2 grills.

Then I got a huge Vermont Castings grill. Cooking grill was 39” wide. Thing was enormous. Now have a Weber. Much smaller but has lasted 10-12 years.

Can’t justify two anymore (as much as I’d like to).

Like that a lot! That thing looks just about perfect.👍

Prairie Gold in 2 shades depending on vintage is the MM color. There’s also an industrial yellow. 😉
