same here...
I also use a 30 watt solar panel where I don't have electricity.
it runs down to a Battery tender solar controller (small box) and then the leads go to the battery.....
same as the regular electric chargers.... works great.
I keep a few motorcycles back there for the winter .... I will go back there every couple days and plug into another bike...... just to share the love...
but It goes into float mode when it gets to 12v
Ironically I have NO mice in the back shed.
when I built it I wend overkill caulking every wall/floor and door seam.
I put a couple mouse traps in there.... just to be sure...... Never any action.
