Mother was just shopping and sent me this...she bought pork and chic'in.
No beef.
No inflation here.

Not your usual cut of beef in NY. Ribs and salt potatoes.
Dog is in back yard with bone and acts like it is her last meal.

Ribeye steaks, fresh corn on the cob, and baked taters.

I just put my corn seeds in the ground, it'll be a while. Good thing there is meat in the freezer.

We’re going to boil us some lobsters….🦞🦞🦞🦞🦞🦞

Sonny boy came home to drop some of his stuff off. 2 each equals 6. Chics, so not big ones.

Probably around 14th left on this shoulder. Should be done in time for breakfast
You would not be the first to pig out at 3 AM . Ya gotta taste to make sure it is good enough for company.

Mixed metaphor snack.
On the deck, just me and the dog. Not moving in the heat.
Glass of bourbon and a cigar and happy as a clam.
Wife brings out a bowl of Swiss Chard that just cooled down with a little sea salt.
Something about chasing down a bowl of Popeye food with sour mash has my system confused.
Do I go hug my oak tree or just pee in the grass ?

Thanks, I thought I could see a patty under there and kinda had it figured out.

Yup, I would eat that.

Ford - I’m getting slow. Took almost 90 seconds to slice radishes really thin for tacos….

There’s no finger pieces in there either…. ;)

That’s interesting, never thought of radishes on tacos.

Nothing cooking here today, eating whatever our friends make 😁.

Will be doing a tri tip tomorrow
