The whole offering, done fireside. Lobsters, pizza, egg rolls and tossed salad. Pretty eclectic…but tasty.

I folded a couple of my last pieces of lobster into a slice of fresh tomato pizza….kind of an Italian Lobster Roll….delicious.

Never tried beef Barbacoa until today. Going to make tacos from the pulled beef fireside.

Down to mid-40’s tonight, so something a little spicy will be good.

Work in progress, but smells friggin awesome.

Love your prep cook's work, all the veggies laid out neatlike on the veggie cutting board......

40 years ago, I had prep cooks for that duty, and dishwashers to clean up after me. That was their jobs. Suffice it to say I was very quick to point out their inadequacies when warranted. I was a tough guy to work for.

While the Mrs. has gotten pretty good with her knife skills, these projects usually involve 3 people; me, myself and I. ….

As you know, I like to do this stuff, so it’s all good!

In the oven until it's done.

Mater, corn, hamburger steak with taters, & cornbread. Topped off with peaches & cookies.

I keep trying. Like finding a 4- leaf clover to me now…..
