I want that mixer LOL. Mines the lower end kitchen aid, she doesn't scrape the bottom for nothing.
Like a little corn meal on the pan. Many folks use oil also with the corn meal.
Man those look absolutely magnificent! I'd say the coloring on both is perfect as well.One with sausage and peppers.
Crust is pretty dark, but not burnt. Rest of it is about perfect.

as ugly as they are, the taste is actually spot on with the addition of egg and avocado. But once you grab one, you can't let it go. Its a hot mess!
The base of the meat was 2lbs ground brisket and 1lb 80/20, onions, garlic, normally use red peppers but all kroger had was yellows. Same difference i reckon.
And the kids MUST have tater tots with them otherwise all hell breaks loose LOL.
I like a little kosher salt tossed on the stone with the corn meal. Adds a nice dimension to the crustLike a little corn meal on the pan. Many folks use oil also with the corn meal.
