Spicy BBQ = girl.

That's my guess, and I'll put a $0.01 bet on it. Terri always said I was the last of the big gamblers.. 🤪
We'll find out soon. My wife is rooting for a girl. I will be totally screwed if it is. Or at least my wallet will be once she figures out how to bat them eyes and wrap poppy around her little finger. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Boys are easy!!!!! 😁😁😁😁

It's my middle Son Ashton's birthday today and He asked for pizza for dinner. I made a chicken bacon ranch pizza, a sausage mushroom pizza and a salami/capicola/pepperoni/mozzarella stromboli. Key lime pie in the fridge then we are going to the drive in tonight. Our drive-in plays older movies so we are going to see The Breakfast Club. We have 4 teenagers so they should like it.

We were 31 years into it this Wednesday.

38 + years as a couple.

She asked if I wanted to go to a restaurant for an anniversary dinner.

I said nah, I don’t want to be around people and can make it better at home.

Walmart Tomahawk Ribeye. 225 on the smoker for about 2 hours, 45 minutes. Perfect medium rare, melted like butter with every bite. No sear because I don't have a pan big enough for these.

OK. I got a pork shoulder to throw on the smoker Sunday night. Those steaks are making me drool. Skipped dinner to finish the rebuild of the spindle on the MMM for the B1700 and mowed the yard. Finished at 8:30 and tonight’s dinner is a nice Tripel from Allahabad Brewery in Portland ME

Those steaks were picked up at the local walmart for $20 each. Even with sides, I saved $60 over going out, and the steaks were 4 inches thick. We had to ask the kid that answers the bell at the meat department, they don't always put them out on display.

Dang....I need to know what goes in that...

It is pretty simple. Toss the shrimp with olive oil and cajun seasoning, cook them up and set aside, then make the sauce with butter, heavy cream, garlic, basil, more cajun seasoning, and fresh shredded parmasean. Mix in the pasta and shrimp.

‘Round here they say never leave your car doors unlocked during zucchini season. 🤓

Zucchini coconut custard pie. Momma does the baking.

Been having a craving for chicken wings. Added some jalapeño bbq sauce.
Ford - when I started cooking, I boiled wings for stock and threw them away. Nobody wanted wings.

I make my own Buffalo-style sauce, but with a few twists. BBQ, garlic, oregano, etc.

It's good enough to be sold commercially, per folks I've shared it with. Maybe my retirement business.

Maybe I'll ship you a sample....

Yep, I just tried 2 new recipes, zucchini cookies and zucchini bread. My cup overfloweth with yellow crooknecks, patty pan and zucchini. Not the greatest recipes, but if I freeze them maybe they'll look better when there's snow on the ground!

I remember you posting about the wing sauce. Always meant to ask if you would post a generic version of your sauce (not asking for your actual recipe.). Ive wanted to make my own.

T-Bone steaks tonight. With corn on the cob and seasoned taters. 😁😁😁😁 Using natural lump hardwood charcoal with a chunk of hickory thrown in for good measure 😎😎😎
