Coworker asked about Brussels sprouts. I’m doing some Sunday.

Skip the Canadian bacon and add fresh garlic. I eyeball most of it. Works on grill, bet it’s great on a smoker too.

We had some fine vittles tonight.

New York Strip getting a light sear in butter before it goes into the oven 'till it reaches 130°.

Then onto my plate along with microwave taters, air fried beans, and cole slaw (not shown). Yum, Yum !!!

Turkey breast on the grill and cauliflower made into an imitation fried rice.

Spicy hot pickled eggs just cooling off. Will be good in a couple of weeks and will be great in a month. Several types of hot peppers and the usual assortment of secret ingredients. Just opening the mason jar will burn your nostrils.

Mike - I used to be in the bar/restaurant business.

One of my best sellers was a Boneless Chicken Dinner for $1. Had a nice sign by the register on the back bar.

Was 2 pickled eggs and a draft…..

I went down in the freezer for bread,, and wound up coming up with stew meat tomatoes black beans, a jug of beef stock, and a pack of frozen veggies,, I mean now what do I do,, slowcooker stew
