Some prime new York strip, cooked to 117 then allowed to rest, final temp 135 perfect for me. Deviled eggs, bacon wrapped asparagus and some garlic toast. The A1 was not for the steak but I do like dunking my bread in it.
Sunday was going to be Thai chicken salad (something like Cheesecake Factory's lettuce wraps) but those last two posts plus the current sale have changed my mind. Ribs it is!
Corn from last year’s garden, grilled burger from neighbor’s herd, fresh asparagus quickly rescued before they got frosted (thin sliced raw, with Parmesan and redbud flowers!). Friend told me redbud flowers were edible, they are very tasty, slightly sweet.
