We’ve cleaned up a couple of dump sites left by the prior owner of the property. Grapple is better than bucket. Either will work but you’ll have more hand work with the bucket. Start at an edge, clear debris as you move inward so you’re not running over debris.

Edit: And if there’s stuff buried that you’re OK leaving buried, just dig down a few inches with the loader and backfill over it so anything you leave buried is at least a few inches below final grade. Right or wrong, that’s what we did but we were just grassing over it.
Oh no...there's no like stuff left. It's just dirt and rocks but there is bunch of small metal pieces buried there and the hump over a foot higher than the grade of the rest of the land, she wanted it leveled out. The previous owners burned stuff there so there like door hinges, glass, nails, screws, parts of a mattress. Now I don't know how far it goes down. It's a little worrying about what lies beneath haha.

I don't have a grapple 😭

Yeah, but if you’re cleaning up a dump and need to wrestle an old drop in oven out of a bunch of honeysuckle and poison ivy, a grapple is worth every penny. 😉

A bit of a continuation from the driveway project last week. I took the first load of dirt over to the dirt pile this morning but I should have dumped the dirt sooner. About half of it is stuck to the bottom of the trailer! 😂

I was on the M6060 for three hours on Saturday fixing the county road at the bottom of my driveway. I had to get the Buhler/Farm King rear blade off, the QH16 on with both hydraulic cylinders and then pick up the EA grading scraper. The scarifiers worked well to break up the ground and dig up the 20 or so potholes in the road.

Well can't get better than this, can it? You will get a third function as well ! :giggle:

p.s.: take the money from another budget. You have to get your priorities right :ROFLMAO:
The way the weather is now, the tractor is just gonna sit in the garage.....I can't even get out back on my house where I need to do work.

It. Just. Won't. Stop. Raining.

You might try your forks. Move them close together, point them down slightly and slowly rake through the mess. You may have to stop often and throw the stuff you uncover aside.

Speaking of pallet forks....I watched a random tractor video today on YouTube (my recommendations is nothing but tractors now 🤦🏻‍♂️)

But this guy was cleaning up brush with his pallet forks but it looked weird and noticed he had four tines on. Two on the outer most setting and two in the middle set at equal distance.

Is that even a thing? It seemed to work well for picking up brush piles honestly. Has anyone here done that?

A friend of mine has the double (quad) forks on a skid of his. He runs a small junk yard and uses the extra forks to enable him to lift more while still using relatively small forks.

Well I did get the grapple on the B, now if it would stop raining and blowing for a few days I might be able to get those pesky downed pines cut up and off to the burn pile. And then sharpen mower blades,,,, again
