Truck bed, this darn truck has so many cameras and sensors it is not funny. Is this a view of your truck's bed or a trailer? At first glance it looks like a truck bed haha.

That's crazy! I don't think I seen a pick up with a bed camera like that before. What if you put a headache rack or a cap on? Surely it will block the view. Haha.Truck bed, this darn truck has so many cameras and sensors it is not funny.
Pretty common on newer trucks. My 21 F350 has a bed camera. That's crazy! I don't think I seen a pick up with a bed camera like that before. What if you put a headache rack or a cap on? Surely it will block the view. Haha.
You can't do that !What if you put a headache rack or a cap on? Surely it will block the view. Haha.
I can see the purpose of the edge markers if running on the street and you want to let other vehicles know where the blade is, but I don't really see a need for them if you stay on your property. Perhaps I'm missing something .... oh yeah .... both edge markers!Replaced the plow marker that broke earlier this week. For those in need, I highly recommend a set from Winter Equipment.

Your certainly not wrong and they can definitely be a nuisance around other objects. However, in the increasingly rare instances where we get 2-3' of snow, they are helpful to know where the ends of the plow are.I can see the purpose of the edge markers if running on the street and you want to let other vehicles know where the blade is, but I don't really see a need for them if you stay on your property. The way I understand...these are to let you know where the cutting edge is. I have a rubber flap on my plow to prevent snow from going over the plow and to let it roll, so it's hard to tell exactly where the cutting edge is.I can see the purpose of the edge markers if running on the street and you want to let other vehicles know where the blade is, but I don't really see a need for them if you stay on your property. If I were to replace them, I would look for an edge marker with a spring mount of some sort so that they can move without breaking off, but the ones you got do look to be well designed and virtually indestructible and maybe the best deal out there.
Hopefully the product is better than their spelling abilities.

I think they can come in more handy for us with smaller tractors that can't fully see the front of the blade from the operator's station. @mcmx being on his M or MX has an advantage with a higher operator station than those using a b or L series. It also comes with use and familiarity with your machine. The way I understand...these are to let you know where the cutting edge is. For me the markers help big time especially when back dragging in front of garage doors. I can get the cutting edge like with in a half inch of door because of the markers.
That's how I've always used them anyways.
I understand the intent, just not sure about the need, at least for me anyway. I have no problem seeing the outer edges of the front hydraulic blade, but as @biketopia said, perhaps that's down to the view I have from the operator's seat, or the height of the moldboard, or depth of snow etc.The way I understand...these are to let you know where the cutting edge is.
Looks like a pretty cool snow hill for your granddaughter!Cleaned up around the yard.

And then made a mountain out of a molehill at the wife's request so the granddaughter had a place to slide.

Nothing messier than a big old dead pine. Ask me how I know. A grapple would definitely come in handy.A saturday morning of pushing sticks around. I need a grapple. Finally got our back road cleared off...for now.
Alot of our pines took a hard hit last year with the drought. Then some sort of beetle come through and really F'ed stuff up....bunch of jerks. Pines are crumbling around here.
