You have to love the placement of these oil drains, coupled with the hole in the frame with nothing below it for the oil to run out right to your catch pan.

This was the break in oil change, admittedly a couple hours late, so it was all glittery.

After that it was time to grease everything, then cut some grass, and work on the backyard bike park for a couple minutes until mother finished up in the home office.

Summer heat and a sciatica have me sidelined. Haven’t been able to sit long enough to get the Orange out

Weather has kept my tractor sidelined for three weeks. Days off it has been raining, which I'm not complaining because we can use the rain. Thought we may get lucky this weekend, but rain chances keep going up, which I will take the rain. There will always be another day to mow.

I'm in a rinse and repeat pattern. Mow grass, take deck off to clean it and put it back on. August might be more exciting🤔

Took mine to church last Saturday for a work day but was too busy and too many co-workers to be taking pics. Church was clearing some wooded areas, installing footbridges over a couple of creeks, and moving boulders to create a disc golf course. I have no clue why but it has to be done by year end for some tax reason. Was told to bring a chainsaw and “whatever else you have” so brought the Kubota and grapple.

Thankfully, one of the church members brought a big Cat mini-track loader with a 8’ forestry mulcher that was a VERY impressive machine.

Several guys had small tractors to bush hog. I brought the Kubota and grapple. Moved telephone poles and set them across the creeks for footbridges and moved boulders all day. The boulders were in a pile left over from cutting in the road and were covered with brush, logs, and poison ivy. Grapple was very nice for ripping out the poison ivy, removing the brush and logs, then digging into the rock pile with minimal manual labor. Never did break out the chainsaw I was told to bring but the Kubota and grapple got a pretty good workout.

Honestly every day it hasn’t been raining while I was home I was riding my mountain bike. Though I did fish some rocks out of the garden the other day to make mowing easier. Our middle child watched with much interest while I placed them in the driveway expansion area. Had a perfect day for mowing before heading back to the tugboat too.

So this may be old for y’all that have had your tractors for a while but this was huge for me. Went to the feed store and bought 13, 50# bags of fertilize. Had the kid load it on a pallet and load it in my truck. Came home and switched the bucket out for my forks and unloaded all 650# in about 3 min! Really lovin my Kubota today and my back REALLY loves it!

That's why I bought the Kubota to work smarter no harder.

Mowed, took off the mmm then pressure washed it and gave the driveway a scrape with the boxblade. Looks like rain again so I called it a day.

Got to love the tricycle rowcrop gear. We have a Farmall H with a trip bucket loader. Wouldn’t have gotten the Kubota if the H would do everything we need, but it’s still pretty cool to fire up the old iron once in a while. Your MM looks very well cared for.
