Thanks all. This site has been really informative and inviting. I'll post more pictures of the progress on the property as soon as I get out there again. I have a 1/2 acre pond that have the dirt piles around it. I am hoping this little guy can move most of them over time. I may be asking to much from the FEL I have on it. I also have a bunch of trees around the pond to clear but that's what my chainsaw is for.

Here's a pic of how the pond is right now

We plan on building and need to bring in dirt because the water table is high. It is probably a 5 year plan and I want to do most of the work myself.

Here in Utopia I have a problem with dead branches falling from Red Oaks.
Been using a pole saw to cut them, then the redneck engineer came out in me.
Solution, built a boom to push or pull them down.
Love my L175.

Got my new L3800DT home today. Looks to be a very nice upgrade from my old 245dt.

Just finished the first job with the new tractor, seeding a large backyard for a guy just down the road

Just looked at it.:(
All those pieces laying around and more to disassemble. The back half will be just small pieces when I am done.
Then determining everything that is broke and finding the parts.

Took my Kubota to a tractor show/parade today. It was mostly for older tractors but there were a few newer ones, mine included. The kids loved climbing on it just like I have since I was a little one, and still do!

I just filled in a hole with ash from a big brush pile today and graded the driveway with my 175. She has some issues pushing the blade in reverse though. Once the dirt gets about 3/4 of the way up the blade, it bogs and will start digging ruts.

Built this and used it with forks attachment to set 33' trusses on pole barn. Lifted the trusses and set them 14' up with no problem.

I like that! I will keep that in mind for some upcoming projects.

Thanks for posting.

A buddy of mine had a piece of pipe slid down over one of his forks and the other end had a hook that the trusses hung on. I guess the center of his barn is close to 20' tall, the pipe worked great.
