Went to the Kubota dealer to get a quote on a new tractor. The first question I was asked was, did I want it will a full tank of fuel, or was I going to post it onto the trailer? I think that a pair of oxen would be a better deal. They can fertilize the ground after consuming the fuel.

Took the snow pusher off and put the bucket on. Moved a couple trailers with the receiver on the bucket. Can't do any yard work until the ground drys up.

We’re waiting for our BX2380 delivery next week. First priority; use the grapple to move those brush piles I made weeks ago by dragging and throwing them. Second task; clear more brush without bleeding. I’ll look for women forums here, too. Picture to come…

Change of season. Thinking of another load of crusher run for driveway in next few weeks. Blower and LED lights off, loader and skid plate on. Leave chains on until mower deck goes on.

I changed the gear oil in the snowblower, greased all of the fittings and put it away. While I had the grease gun out I hit all of the zerks on the tractor.

So, is that where all the bags of pellets have gone to? I'm just finishing my second ton for the year. With the weather forecast this week, that should take care of the last of them.
Yeah....I started the fall with 4.5 tons in the garage. Usually burn 5+ tons.

Figured everything is short supply. Got another 40 bags over the winter. Been cold up here. Got me to the 5+ I use.

Looks like I have a surplus for the year. Have about 1.5 ton left so far.....

Never fails I have most of the "adders" left over each year. I'll definitely use another ton or so still.

Dug out old 15’ iron culvert at road access to property, dragged up the hill and placed it in small drainage across the easement.

Will go back tomorrow to drop new 20’ HDPE pipe in at the road and cover. Beautiful day in NW Arkansas for some diesel therapy.

Good job! I love raising poultry and have been doing it for decades. Collected 16 eggs yesterday as the numbers are picking up with the longer daylight hours. Having the tractor with the fel makes cleaning up much easier after a long Winter here. The gardens really do well with the composted manure.

Got the grapple on yesterday to move some boulders from one side of the gravel driveway to a temporary location on the other side of the driveway to make way for cutting the downward side of the driveway with a new flail mower/mulcher that should be arriving soon. I moved the big one in front of the grapple without any implement on the rear but it was questionable. The cab adds 500lb and the rear wheels weights another 600lb which all helps. I couldn't have done it with the open station model without wheel weights.

And FINALLY took the time to swap the fittings around on the grapple so that I don't have to keep switching the hoses on the third function to make the grapple and Land Pride STB1596 snow blade work as I want. Lower button = close grapple/rotate blade left, upper button = open grapple/rotate blade right. I should have done that last year but kept putting it off.

Didn't do anything with the BX2360 today, but did stop to oogle a B2301, LX3310 and L3301 at local dealership..

B2301 had a blower, but no loader (?) other two had loaders, but the LX3310 had a SSQA blade in place of a bucket. Price tags were $28k, $33.5k and $28.5k, if my limited memory serves....

Made me glad to come home to a fully-equipped BX2360 that's been paid for 7 of the 9 years I've had it..... ;)

Would still like a bigger tractor someday. Love my old 'Moline; it's my heritage. But it's capabilities are limited for what I need.....

Finished up today—not perfect (yet) but at least accessible. Fortunately the county road is along a creek so plenty of gravel available.

I welded a hitch on the front plate of my new l3901 so I can push hay wagons into the hay shed (double hinged hay wagons are evil when backing them up). Or whatever needs a hitch. I guess I could fab a quik tatch grille guard in it too. Hope it holds

I use my wood chipper chips for my chicken coop and run winter bedding.
The best.

Mowed for the first time this year. Last year I laid out a bunch of sod. I needed to try and smooth out all of the spots where sod was laid. I ordered a truckload of sandy loam and spread that with the FEL on float. Also tilled the garden.

Beautiful place.
