I tried finding a diagram, no luck, but if it's internal,you'll need a LOT of warmth to 'free' it up.

frozen due to cold weather, will it thaw out by just running the tractor
Frozen how or where? If outside the tractor then probably won’t thaw out and will need some external heat added. Maybe you can rent a torpedo heater?

Is it your linkages that are frozen or do you think it's internal? If it's internal, you must have water in your hydraulic fluid which is very bad.
