Ok Dan that is a great looking setup. My assumption is that the flow is as above and you are using the valve to create resistance to increase the pressure?

I'd clean and inspect it first to make sure it's in proper order. Could be a broken spring or trash. You could do more damage by cranking down on it.

Good point, will do. Got to drain the stupid oil out of first when I get back. Then I will pull that out and inspect it.
