I have a bucket that has all types of fittings and just hoses laying around but nothing organized.
I can just buy everything new I need for this that way I am not spending timing trying to make stuff work.

Here is a basic test rig.

Right end goes to pump delivery and left end goes to sump. You hook it in, open the flow control valve to max, and start the tractor. Then slowly close the flow control while watching pressure rise. You dhould get to 2500 PSI with the valve partially open. I can whip one up if you want.

Yes, in this case you can just replace the factory U-tube with the test equipment.

I will get this made up ASAP. Are you OK with male JIC-08 ends?

Yes sir that’s fine and I can get two short hoses made to fit the nipples on the tractor.

That would not cause pressure to be 1300 PSI at the remote outlet.

every time I did them, they were low at the remotes. 500-1200 psi at high idle (usually). Maybe I fixed something else while I had the pcv off/apart?

I dont know what you fixed but the PCV/CSV are on the downstream side of the remotes. A bad CSV can bleed off lift cylinder pressure but it has no way to affect pressure or operation at the remotes.
