"NO" Difference bottel feeding ?? now what
Then you next job is to Compression test the engine.
You've got it down to injection pump, injectors, or internal issue.
I'm leaning 50 / 50 between injection pump or injectors, but more info would be better.

There is "0" blow by on the valve cove breather hose / going to hook my old brush hog tomorro / test to see trans. or eng. see if eng. bogs down under that load

I’m not tractor tech, but it still sounds like something is causing an extra load on the tractor, don’t think you have an engine or fuel system issue from the way it reads 🤷‍♂️

does it act the same way in 2wd and in 4wd?

Any ideas on how to put a load on the eng. without travling ingaging trans. / try a brush hog /backed in a chip pile & droped it in / not long enough to put a load on eng. just long enough to make a mess

send your 3 point hitch lever down somewhere to the middle. See if it makes any more power with it in the middle than all the way up

also iv'e seen on the grand L 2900/3300 series, the hydraulic block selector screw if it's halfway between "on" and "off", it'll do the same thing--pulls a bunch of power out of the engine to deadhead the hydraulic system. And quick couplers on the loader will cause it too if one of them ain't connected all the way.

When you did a hydraulic filter and fluid change did you change both filters ( right and left side)?
if so:
What fluid did you use?
and what filters did you use?
