Hi, Just bought a 3540HST with a LA724loader with a 4 in 1 bucket.. I'll get back to the bucket in a minute.
Not new to tractors, just new here. This is my third Kubota, M5400, L3010, and now this one.. couple fords and a David Bradley before that..
First question on a rotary cutter (brush hog or whatever) . Kubota says this tractor will take a 6 footer, seems to be getting mighty long at that size and a lot of my working will be in the pine woods of South Carolina.. Thinking a 5 footer, whatcha think? Ok or too small?
Back to the 4 in 1 bucket, all my Kubotas and the David Bradley have had loaders and I can work them pretty well for grading, spreading and things like that. BUT.. I seem to be a complete idiot concerning the 4 in 1.. is there a tutorial on how to use one? And I don't mean the controls, but how to actually use one on the ground . I've seen a couple little u-tube videos on people using one, but I'm looking for more of a teaching arrangement. Is there one out there? I've looked and have not seen any..
Thanks, Scott
