Just a suggestion but you could add may be 4 angle braces from the back of the angle iron to the plate that sandwiches the tines, this would add a lot of strength to the whole rake and help with twisting when side loaded.
Otherwise it looks great.

Ok. I see what you are saying now. Thanks for the pics. I will keep an eye on it and add if needed.a couple of gussets evenly spaced like this.
You may not need it, try it like you have it, if it flexes to much then add the braces ( they could be solid triangles turned up on the side or just flat plate )
