The RH side will have to be removed to repair the differential lock, as the entire differential assembly must be removed and disassembled.

The clutch pins, #140, will be damaged on the ends from rubbing against the back of #110. The pins will have torn up the back surface and smeared metal across the holes of #110, where they have to enter to provide the differential lock feature.

With the pin tips damaged, #140 can not slide freely through #20.

The entire repair could be performed through the RH side with the RH axle housing removed.

Hi guys,

I’ve run into a new issue. The mechanic can’t order part no. #140 (dogs) from the image above — it’s currently unavailable anywhere in the EU until July. The tractor is already disassembled, and it can’t remain in the workshop for that long.

Do you have any ideas on where or how this part could be sourced sooner? One option might be ordering it from the US, assuming the American L3200 and the EU L3200 use the same part in this case?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think I have found it on Messicks. It says it usually ships in 3-7 business days . I wonder if this needs to be checked beforehand? Just to make sure I won`t wait for months.

If you speak English anywhere near as well as you type it, I’d suggest calling them to be sure they can ship timely and there won’t be any issues, delays, or unpleasant surprises shipping to Croatia. If calling isn’t a good option for you, I’d send them a message on the “contact us” page on their website.

No offense intended regarding the language thing. Southern U.S. English is my only language and I’ve sometimes been accused of being only marginally competent with that.

I can speak alright. Tried to call them but have missed their working hours. And I am kinda in a hurry to order because the clock at mechanic shop is ticking. They do not ship Kubota parts outside of USA, but thankfully there are parcel forwarding services which I can use.

I would call first. I have encountered the '7 day' line, then not available after I placed an order. I think it was a hose. I'm not sure if it was a Kubota problem or the dealer.
