From Right to left... Starter pedal, Accelerator Pedal, Brake Pedal, Clutch Pedal, Dimmer Switch (although not really a pedal, depress once for low beams and depress one more time for the high beams), Parking brake Pedal, sometimes referred to as the Emergency Brake Pedal.

Had a Datsun pickup that only had low beams for a winter...
I had an old Buick with that button onthe floor but it was an automatic so it had one lell thing to push..lol
