Bearing support shaft

What are you guys using for a Bearing supported stub shaft? I was just quoted over $1200 for a 1.5” shaft from Hayes.

i wasn’t sure if the pillow lock bearings would be able to handle the speed (2800 rpm) or side load I would need to put on it. I’ve always seen them in low speed applications. I was looking at over hung load adapters, which appear to be beefier than the pillow blocks.
