good lord, man. my 7100 is in pretty good shape, but pales in comparison to this. it's gonna look like a tractor that's been sitting in a clean room since it rolled off the assembly line.

Hydraulic pump is cleaned up, painted and now mounted. I put 90 degree fittings on the pump so both lines will go directly over to the side brace instead of up and over like before.
The loader control valve assembly was painted over the weekend and I just got it bolted on last night with a new return line to the tank. I also tried out the new resivor vent cap, fits perfectly.

Alright I've got a front end loader again, well almost. Just need to get the bucket done and put on.
I mounted one side brace so I could measure and cut the new suction hose to the proper length. I'll find some long straps to hold both hoses to the brace later when its on there for good.
It took a few hours to install all 14 hydraulic hoses but not one single leak thus far. It took 7 quarts of ATF to fill the system and reservoir.
I can tell the loader operates quicker than before and is very responsive.
Now I move onto making the new wiring harness. Once I get the wiring done a can install the side panels and hood.
Oh yeah, I've also posted another video on YouTube roaming around the yard on the B7100.

I used the bench grinder with a 8" wire wheel very carefully. I used a 3" wire wheel near the fittings and hard to get places, again very carefully.
About 30 minutes per line and all is done and yes they turned out great this way.

It's tougher on a phone, but it not that hard. The principle is the same whether on a PC or phone.
Use your browser and you go to someplace you want (can be anywhere). Look at the top of whatever browser you're using, you'll see a link that starts with http://www......... Just highlight and copy the whole link. Then go to the posting you want to include it in and simply hit paste in the area where you are typing your response. It's the same as any other text. I usually put links on their own lines so the link doesn't get broken by any automatic text wrapping. Short of that, it really easy once you do it once or twice.
For example, I just went to YouTube and found the vid below. While watching I figured others might also enjoy it so I highlighted the link address at the top of the page while I was watching.
Next I came back here and pasted it in:

And that's it!

I had planned to finish up the new wire harness on the B7100 over the weekend. That is clearly not going to happen now due to a brief but violent storm that passed through here.
When I got home from work yesterday afternoon I quickly discovered that several of my trees had been relocated with one partially into my garage.
So as you can see I have other priorities to tend to right now.

Thought I would take a few minutes and share a little update. Back in mid June we had some severe weather in the area. It was by far the roughest I've ever seen here. I lost 7 trees in all but faired better than most in the area.
I had one tree that took out a large portion of my garage roof, nothing that couldn't be repaired with a few sheets of new steel.
Anyway, I had to quit working on the B7100 and was unable to completely finish it the way I wanted too. So I had to put the unfinished bucket back on, install the old seat, grease everything up and run enough wiring to pre-glow, start-run and charge the battery. I did install a new hour meter as well but nothing else.
I've been moving logs and other debris with it ever since without any issues thus far. The engine fires right up every time and I've put right at 39 hours on it as of today.
Hydraulics are working great and this little beast can really move along. I'm very impressed with what it can do being such a small tractor. I just wish it was hydrostatic drive instead of a stick but I'm happy with it as it is.
