That way sounds less complicated that what I had rolling around in my brain for dealing with how to take the valve off with be loader.

Thanks for simplifying.

I have new to me l345dt with the 1720 loader running off a rear pto pump. Even though the pump has a pto extension running through it, I want to run a rotary cutter in a normal fashion.
Instead of the hydraulic block diverter option I've discovered I have the optional valve, # 35340-99420, mounted between the block and the pressure relief valve.
Can I just connect the hoses to this valve instead of the pump, wire the valve handle in the right direction and still operate?

That valve is intended to supply rear remote(s). I think it could be used, with two caveats:
1. Flow may be restricted. IE: your loader could be rather slow in operation.
2. The lever reverses the flow when moved the opposite direction. This could cause problems if the lever was accidentally moved to the wrong direction.

Hello , I am new to this site. I have an l235 and I am looking to power a front end loader that I am building. I am in need of the block that the gentlemen on here are making. Would like to know how to get in touch with one of them to see if it is possible to purchase one, I am located in Nova Scotia. I have attached a picture of the valve on my tractor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Standard stuff - all you need is the outlet block. Torch is in CA and I am USA. I think shipping USA to CA is $30 BUT I would have to double check

I am in Canada, but just mailed my last one to Norway yesterday. I have stock and will make more, but it might be a couple of weeks before I get to it. You can contact me by PM if you want to wait, or Dan if you need it ASAP.

Looks like he's in Detroit, so probably you.

Now that I have my tractor working again, I'll get off my lazy butt and make some more soon too.

These are obsolete and no longer available. I have recently been contacted by a member asking if I will make him one of these after reading how I made mine. I know this comes up from time to time and would like to gauge the interest others might have -- if I`m going to set up to make a couple, I may as well make a few more.

Here are some photos of what I made in the past. I made the two shown out of steel, as that is what I had on hand, but I`m thinking aluminium would function just as well, be resistant to corrosion and cheaper to ship. I`m not sure of pricing yet -- I know metal pricing has shot up over the last year -- but would estimate it to be in the $30 to $50 range. Plus shipping.

Stock cover:

Inside of stock cover:

Inside (left) and outside (right) of diverter cover (note there is a third tapped outlet provided on the bottom face, all outlets tapped 3/ 8" NPT. Plug the unneded outlet or add a pressure gauge):

Yes. Although I see you are in Texas, so you might prefer to order from Dan.

To order from me, send me a PM with name and address and I'll reply with the Canada Post shipping options. To ship outside of Canada, I also need a phone number for the customs paperwork..

@TheOldHokie may not be able to make these for a while. He mentioned health issues in this thread on hydraulic kits

Thanks. I had actually heard the rumour, but I don't like to spread rumours or speak for others. ;-)
