You can lead a horse to water... A Mulch Kit isn't in the realm of that. Draw it, program into the plasma cutter, cut it, roll it, jig it, weld it, add some hardware, done. Basically. A place like TractorToolsDirect could make the product very profitable.

A blade balancer can be made. Probably for the price of a couple bearings, a bolt with a nut and a couple washers, that can be clamped into a vise.

I come to the Kubota BX23 series from a John Deere X739. The previous was a great piece of equipment, though lacking in several areas that I needed. Does it look like the kits depicted in the reference images? What gauge tin is it? Is this what you're referring to?

Haha, I've been here for a while, I'm still cumfused.

When it's wet and the grass can pack in, I hose the underside. In the case of my greasing schedule, I do it once a season..because I'm only mowing about 8x.

Maybe create/build a simple half A-Frame with a hinged roof somewhere near, large enough (I can't imagine the cover being too large, if planned out) to place each in a stepped rack.

Dependent on the type of post and ground the post is in, pulling posts with the FEL is likely not a method I would do. Least, not with a BX. I can envision the attempt was pretty aggressive, with the back end off the ground. The 3PH would be my choice, or I'd push the post over, dig it up, or...
