where is the pre load set on those?

I just installed a loader on a B2400. I moved 3 loads of some gravel. On the way pack to the pile with an empty bucket the steering box failed on me. See pictures. I am not an expert in tractors, would to heavy of a load take this bearing out??? This is my third tractor with front end loader...

the style in the book is different than what I have. there is no snap ring. From what I have learned. The entire box needs to come apart to get tp that seal.

any help on this out there??

well, I ended up making a little puller to see if that would pop off that casting. I put some pressure on it and it did not seem to want to come off that shaft. I am thinking that assembly must pull out. As you start to lift the casting off it spins, It comes up an inch and than stops.

so I have everything this far. The seal was leaking from the top so bought some new seals to thrown in there. I started to pull the top off but seemed like the entire assembly was coming with it? is that ok? or does that top casting part slip off the shaft??

this is the kubota block diagram

so the N port I was told does go through the pressure relief valve. But the shop page says no relief to the block. I just want to make sure I am getting this right in case the loader sets off the relief valve for some reason it does not stop fluid to the back of the tractor.

correct. Yes the N port is the power beyond port. I did order that sleeve yesterday.

if I am looking at this right....the pressure relief should not be in the power beyond circuit. Please correct me if i am wrong.

hi guys. i have a b2400. i designed and built a front end loader for it. I am scratching my head on the hydraulics. my controls have a port for pressure in (p) and fluid out (t) for to tank. I bought this block to tap into but there are two lines off it. Do Kubota hydraulic valves have two ports...
