    BX Fixed lift 3PH

No stops on a BX2200. There is a valve to control the drop rate that can be completely shut to hold the 3-point at the desired height. Sitting in the seat its the knob behind your right leg.

L3010 HST won't start. Battery good, starter good

Post #6. Do this! Voltage drop test will find your problem. If you don't understand search you tube for voltage drop test. Easy to do once you understand it. As others have said 12 volts is basically a dead battery. Should be 12.7 fully charged.

    ZD21 lift arm won’t lower

With the engine off I just push the lever to lower and then push the arms down by hand. Just did this yesterday.

    BX22 BT600 boom cylinder

I too was thinking that was wrong but I wanted to be sure before I said it.

    BX22 BT600 boom cylinder

I just went out and looked at mine. The hoses are underneath. Opposite of what the drawing above shows. The cylinder has never been off.

    Kubota wont start

Are you sure your air intake isn't blocked? Have you changed filters, both air and fuel? I had a Deutz diesel in a Miller welder that wouldn't start with black smoke out the exhaust. Wound up changing the fuel filter fixed it. I went after the air filter first but that didn't help. Really didn't...

    Kubota wont start

Haven't seen it mentioned but make sure your battery is charged and it's spinning the engine over fast.

Removing B6200E 3 Point Hitch Piston From Cylinder

That happened at the Road and Bridge that I went to work for a few months before I started. Would have been about 1976. I heard the story and saw the file cabinet. I would have to imagine the rod had to have been out a ways to build enough volume to launch it that far. The break table, chairs...

Removing B6200E 3 Point Hitch Piston From Cylinder

I would caution anyone considering removing a rod/piston from a cylinder with compressed air to remember that air is compressible. I know of a John Deere backhoe cylinder that was disassembled using air. That rod impaled a metal file cabinet about 20' from the cylinder tube.

Early 2000's BX1500 - where is serial number?

My 2002 BX22 has the S/N on a sticker on the right hand side frame at about the rear of the front tire. I do not know if it is stamped anywhere else. Mine is a 5 digit number.

    Kubota ZD21 needing starting/wiring help

You might want to do the the low voltage relay mod. I've done both my BX22 and ZD21. Get the power for 30 from the battery connection on the starter, 85 to any clean metal surface, 86 will be the white with black stripe that is currently on the starter solenoid, and 87 will go to the solenoid...

    Kubota ZD21 needing starting/wiring help

As I recall there is one ground from the battery to the frame and then on the starter side of the engine is another ground cable from the frame to the engine. I would check that one out too.

    Hydraulic leak help

Banjo bolts usually have either copper washers or bonded rubber washers. Have you checked for tightness? They are a hollow bolt so I guy doesn't want to get too western with it.

    M7060 ERROR - 99 and can't perform parked regen

Here is the diagram for the panel from the workshop manual. If it's a constant "short" on the board it probably isn't going to show itself with a test light. If it's a wiring short the light may work for you. Looks like you need to look in other areas besides just the instrument cluster. The ECM...

    M7060 ERROR - 99 and can't perform parked regen

Is this an open station or cab model? Error 99 is a can buss loss of communication. I would substitute a test light for the fuse and start wiggling wires while looking for the light to brighten, indicating the short. What is the fuse number or labeling? CAN wiring is twisted pairs.

    Helical pile implement

A contractor at work just drove 98 of them with a Bobcat E55 mini ex. with a hydraulic head. Driven to 9500 ft/lbs. A pier for a deck would be considerably less I would think. I have also seen small ones driven with a pto post hole digger.

    M7060 Error 25

After a little more research since you have had a pdf regeneration issue I would concentrate under the dash at the Parked Region Switch and the DPF Inhibit Switch wiring and connectors associated. Since this seems to be associated with the emissions system it would seem to be covered under the...

    M7060 Error 25

I would try substituting a test light in place of the fuse and start wiggling wires. When the light burns bright you have found the short.

Anyone made their own PTO Pressure Washer?

Dirt Perfect (you tuber) has one he made. Repurposed a pump from a car wash he demoed, an aluminum truck fuel tank for water, misc. pillow block bearings, pulley arrangement for speed increasing, all stuff he had laying around. Going to be a pretty expensive project if you have to buy all new...
