Thanks 100, I am going to look into this. The tension pulley was turning REALLY hard at first. I sprayed some penetrating oil into it and it freed it right up, but I am concerned the bearing were rusted. I might just need to replace it.

I do have that same manual they have. It is on 52 pages for the entire tractor. It gives good tips on many things, but it isn't the shop manual type I am used to. I guess that is the Achilles heal of owning a gray market tractor. :)

I just reached out to him, thanks for the idea. It really didn't cross my mind to do that. If I could get an order of assembly that would help immensely. My biggest fear is not getting the crank and rods in correctly. I have never messed with those bearings before.
