    BX 25D: RCK60B23BX....bent balancer assembly...

So got me a giant adjustable wrench...and gave a few tugs...I think I made some progress....I only spent a few minutes to test out the feasibility with the wrench ...I think it's a keeper 👍

    BX 25D: RCK60B23BX....bent balancer assembly...

I cant recall a specific event significant enough to bend it, but I suppose there enough leverage there to bend. I'm the only operator, so I'm sure must have damaged it at some point. I tried the adjustable wrench method last night, but I think it was only a 12". I'm going to hit Harbor Freight...

    BX 25D: RCK60B23BX....bent balancer assembly...

So...I've managed to bend the balance assembly in my mower deck somehow. I don't recall banging into anything recently but I must have at some point. I noticed my lawn cut was stepped...and my mower has been flawless since I bought is just about six years ago...never needed adjustment. So...

Telescoping 3 Point Stabilizer Kit for BX tractors

I placed an order for these before the video even finished yesterday....Messicks isn't far from me so they'll be here today. I'm pretty excited about not having to bitch and wrestle with the bagger adjustments always coming loose and swaying.

BX25D-1 Grass Catcher attachment made easy?

hey all, I been doing some searching but not found a solution yet. I have a BX25D with the 3pt mounted grass catcher. I love the device, but I find it a bit cumbersome to attach/detach as frequently as I do. Has anybody made this quick attachable in any fashion? Quick Hitchable? BTW, I hate...

    Extend warranty or Not

My dealer called me the other week to pitch the extended warranty offer to me for just under 800$ as I recall it. I chose to decline the offer. The unit for me has been pretty much flawless despite the 2 fuel pumps replaced. If my BX25 had been less than trustworthy over its last 2 years and...

    BX 25D failed fuel pump......again!

I did blow air back into the tank several times. After blowing the lines back a few times and still not getting the filters to fill with fuel I started looking else ware given that I was able to drain the tank via gravity from the rear fuel filter. What seem to be keeping the filters from...

    BX 25D failed fuel pump......again!

Well I got the new pump and blew the lines out...again and replaced the rear filter. The new rear filter no longer fills up, so there has to be something blocking the inlet now in the tank, no matter how hard I try I always manage to make a mess with diesel..now I wreak and so does my garage...

    BX 25D failed fuel pump......again!

Well, I managed to get the dealer to warranty the part again. They didn't require much in the way of arm twisting. I simply stated I put it on in August and has less than 25 hours on it. It probably helped that I spoke to the same person who resolved the parts issue the first time. Kudos to that...

    BX 25D failed fuel pump......again!

    BX 25D failed fuel pump......again!

O.k....so earlier this summer around late july the factory installed fuel pump died.....I managed to get the machine to limp back to garage. I called the dealer after replacing filters and doi g some diags. I was able to convince a dealer which i hadnt purchased the machine from to replace the...

    BX 23S bagger bracket question

I have a BX25D-1 and also have the bagger, which I **love** btw. The bagger does indeed use the 3pt hitch for mounting. When installing the brackets to allow for use of the bagger you replace the original 'dog ears' on the rear of the tractor to allow for a lower stationary attachment point for...

    Oil Changes and filters

That is the point, engine oil on a diesel engine will never be clear, unless of course you never run it. Now the smaller the engine, like on our 'botas' the longer it might take to go black, but it will go black on a diesel. The engine oil on my VW TDIs (Diesel) goes black immediately. Its all...

    Oil Changes and filters

The answer is because in a Diesel engine, part of the job of the engine oil is to contain the soot in suspension in the oil. The soot is a by product of the combustion process. That is why you need to use a diesel rated oil in a diesel engine, else the oil will not be able to take the soot load...

My 2015 BX25D-1 has that situation on both sides, and I still wonder why.

My review of the triple bagger

I have the kubota bagger on my bx25d and love it. I had a john deere 455 with powerflow bagger. In my opinion..for what its worth...the two systems arent even in the same league. The kubota unit is a better device with better flow at least in my use cases.

    BX25D - Chains

Last year was the first winter I had my bx25d. I had zero issue moving the snow left from that massive storm and drifts that came after with out chains. I believe we had somewhere around 24-30" if I recall correctly. I used 4wd and my machine has the R4s. I used FEL and a 6ft woods blade on the...

    New BX80 Series

"A 16-inch bucket, for even more productivity, and a mechanical thumb, for picking up items such as logs, are optional on the new BX23S." Next question......does the new 16" bucket fit the older backhoes? BT601/602? Nick
