    Trailer Advice

Thanks. My dog Allis Chompers says thanks too, LOL No, I didn't move like that, LOL I just loaded the RTV to see how the approach angle was going to be like. I'm going to have to take the RTV with the snow blower to dealer next week to have a few things on the K-Connect checked from when they...

    Grand L70 series

I like the idea of the remote start, but then again I guess it's a good idea to go out and start it and give a quick glance at the gauges to make sure it has oil pressure and stuff like that.

    Grand L70 series

I'm not really into more electronics, but it sure is nice to see Kubota finally able to compete with Deere when it comes to a luxurious cab and seat! All the features now of a large ag tractor. Front and rear cameras, lights on the loader arms, heated air ride seat, and my favorite...

    Trailer Advice

Finally got my new trailer. Couldn't be happier. Canada Trailers CE718-10K Build quality and components are fantastic! Tongue and front is done in a stone guard coating, 12,000 pound jack, rear jack legs, 5200 pound axle with brakes on both axles, Dexter hitch, galvanized rims and the suspension...

    Trailer Advice

Well my new trailer hasn't come in yet, so my dealer lent me a brand new One Sixteen brand 20 foot galvanized equipment hauler to go to a tractor show at the fall fair. I had never heard of that company before but they're made in Ontario. What a difference! So much nicer and safer feeling than...

    15W40 or 5W40

Been running 5W40 and sometimes 0W40 in Kubota B2620 since 2013 all year round.

    Hydraulic fluid

Also why I like using my little B2620 as my primary work tractor around my property versus a bigger tractor. It only takes one 5 gallon pail to service it, so no big deal buying a pail every season. I don't even go the 200 hours, just do it seasonal.

    Hydraulic fluid

Kinda like me. I never deviate from manufacturers filters but I'm comfortable using Rotella T/Petro Canada Duron/Chevron Delo in my engines. Simply because I used to oil sample them through Caterpillar's SOS program and the results proved they were better than most others. But as far as...

Has anybody used one of these stump grinders?

Good to hear thanks. I just got tired of maintaining the gas and another engine in my stand alone generator. At least my tractors are always running and I have a few with PTO's. I ordered it with the 3 point carrier cradle instead of trailer. That way I can just leave it on the B when it's parked.

    RTV Cab Interior Lights

That will work for shifter and dash. I just wanted something more, and higher since the K-Connect controller is not lighted. You would think they could for the price.

    RTV Cab Interior Lights

So last winter I was trying to figure out how to get some interior light in the cab so that you can see the shifter and the snow blower controls when doing snow removal at night without getting glare on windows. I ended up putting a purple bulb in the interior dome light with a strip of tape on...

Has anybody used one of these stump grinders?

I'm considering getting a Bauma Light stump grinder as I just ordered one of their TX12 PTO generators. https://baumalight.com/product/en

    Trailer Advice

On my aluminum trailer I used to put wood blocks under the rear and the ramp when loading/unloading but my new trailer has the rear jacks which is way nice. Here were my axle weights when I scaled one time while hauling a couple of the antiques to a show. First column is truck and trailer...

    Speculative tractor upgrade - pondering

Depends on how much you want to spend. I play and maintain on 21 acres total with my B2620 (old version of your B2601) Does everything, only time it lacks is there has been a few occasions where more lifting capacity on the forks would have been nice. On the plus side, fluid changes, tires, etc...

LX 20 Series with Oversize Tires

    Okay, that makes sense. Thanks.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Haven't done much on or to the Kubota's, but just went to dealer and ordered a Bauma Light TX12 PTO generator for them. Might get one of their stump grinders too.

New MX 4900 on the way - Cab features?

Oh wow! Kubota finally moved up to this century and is putting cloth seats in the cab models now? All the ones I ever saw before still had the black vinyl seats. Their prices are creeping up on John Deere now so you would think they could offer a more luxurious interior like Deere has.

LX 20 Series with Oversize Tires

Has something changed on the LX series? I thought you couldn't run a mid mount mower with the oversized wheel and tire option, but saw a dealer video and they were showing one with the oversize wheels and it had a 72 inch mid mount mower on it.
