    Gooseneck vs Bumper Pull

Some 5th wheels can tilt left and right but the tilt is very small. The gooseneck ball allows the greater amount of motion. https://redrhinotrailers.com/red-rhino-beast-flatbed-trailer.html This trailer is made to go off road. In the US the maximum trailer is 102 inches. Over that you need...

    Buying another soon

With only 1 acre how much are you feeding? A 1000 pound bale on a 3 point bale spear of a L2501 should work but it is not a MMM tractor. Do you need to carry the bale? You could use the tractor to roll the bale to the field without picking it up at all. I have suggested a bale buggy like this...

Disadvantages of a 48" disc harrow on an L2501?

I would think if you are using a disc harrow to level and smooth the field before seeding a larger and heavier disc would be much more useful. A 48 inch disc is too light and it will not cut very deep. You need a leveling disc like this.

    Buying another soon

You need to define "round bale". At one time I was baling hay. I had a Massey Ferguson 1528 as a loader tractor. 28 hp and similar to a Kubota L2501 in size. I used a Case 8420 round baler. Not a great baler but it made nice little bales that my customers liked because they could roll them...

Why are you trying to balance tractor tires? Are you trying to get them loaded?

How do you tie/secure your tractor to trailer / front or backwards with canopy?

A 2 inch ratchet strap has a Working Load Limit of 3,333 pounds. When used on one side of the trailer it is 3,333/2 = 1667 pounds. The wheel lasso, 3,333 WLL, should be used to form a "y" over the center of the tire. The extra strap may be the weakest link thus reduce the WLL. The buckets are...

How do you tie/secure your tractor to trailer / front or backwards with canopy?

Straps have a place. Chains have their place. Sometimes you can use one for the other but not always. The straps can and do get cut or worn. Chains tend to last better anywhere there are sharp edges. I have seen many loads with straps that should have been chained. Weight is not the only factor...

    Help!

On some of the tractors there is a screen at the entry port of the water separator. Look to see if it is plugged up and restricting the fuel from entering the separator. While you have the fuel line off, run some fuel into a glass jar and let it set overnight and look for water in the fuel. Also...

    L4760 counter weight

Loaded tires and wheel weights do nothing as FEL ballast. They will improve the stability of the tractor from side to side but it does nothing to relieve the weight put on the front axle by the FEL. Ballast must be low and behind the rear axle to be affective as ballast.
