    Landpride SGC0660

I ordered mine may 8, promised in mid june. Pushed back several times and in mid september it was pushed to march 2022. I pondered waiting but decided to try my luck searching elsewhere. Found one in Ohio near Dayton but they said shipping to new york would be $1500-2000. Plus they are about...

New to site - not sure if this site includes Kubota ATV's but..............................

That fastenal nut is pretty coarse too, 2.5 pitch is about 10 threads per inch. If I were to guess without seeing the switch it might be somewhere around1.0. If you have some small metric taps at all maybe use them as a thread guage?

I believe 1/2" romex fittings etc is 1/2 npt so probably too coarse but you never know. I have worked at a lot of electrical for a living and trade sizes are pipe thread. Bill

    Alternative Cylinders?

While you might be able to change the loader arm cylinders for some with a slightly different stroke and or mounting length. I think the bucket ones could have an early failure if you changed them as isn't there welded stops on the arms where the bucket pivots. If a shorter mounting length of...

    Alternative Cylinders?

Looks like the rod on those is only an inch where the number you posted on the oem was 1.18, wouldn't they be weaker?

    Alternative Cylinders?

No thread, I did it about a month ago. I found a cylinder that had the right stroke and pin ends but the mounting length was off just a little. I plugged and welded the hole on the thumb end with a piece of 1" stock, then moved the hole location about 7/16 and re-bored it. Did that so it would...

    Alternative Cylinders?

I was typing while you replied the same! Slower speed but slightly more lift capacity right? Bill

    Alternative Cylinders?

I was looking out of curiosity about the dimensions of the cylinders recently. I see you have an error in the bore compared to my manual it is 45.mm (1.77). The stroke being 476mm (18.7) I was wondering if I could find a 2" to replace to give more lift ( without getting into the discussion of...

    Under Seat PTO Switch

I had to search for one that could let you reverse the image for front use. Some of them have exposed green and white wires to clip that also turn off the colored guide lines. Bill

    Under Seat PTO Switch

Mine doesn't get washed and waxed, I did pressure wash it last week for the second time in 90 hours, I just put it away with a bunch of clay soil stuck in and on the front bucket! Thanks for the picture of the switch too! Bill

    Under Seat PTO Switch

I bought a back up camera to try and put somewhere where I can see too. Maybe on the front guard with a hoop or a large 2 hole conduit clamp to protect it. Just takes time in the garage to figure it out! I have one on my 8N to see the 3 pt hitch area so I could keep track of logs on the forks...

    Under Seat PTO Switch

I was just thinking I haven't looked at the electrical but maybe the range lever switch might be the difference when it is out of neutral. I can start the tractor in the garage standing on the ground when that is in neutral and it will stay running. Again I think I need to identify which...

    Under Seat PTO Switch

My L2501 is a gear drive and that may make the difference in the standing up, actually just sliding forward on the seat shuts it down. I palletize my fire wood to move it around and have been using 3pt forks on the 8N for years. I bought forks for my loader thinking an end to the turning around...

    Under Seat PTO Switch

I was thinking about the switch bypass idea, If you were to use a double pole relay, a momentary push button and power the coil from the ignition switch. One side could jump the seat switch, the other side is a latch for the push button circuit. If activated it would be for that time and once...

    Under Seat PTO Switch

What did you use to get those pesky stickers off is that lighter fluid? Forgive me for being a 68yo dummy but what is the process? There is a few dozen I want off mine and the first one is that California one about diesel! Thanks Bill

Frustration with waiting on new Kubota order

I'm having the same thoughts. I ordered my SGC0660 in may, the 8th I think. I was supposed to get it in mid June, then august, then September, now told last week march of 2022. So I haven't canceled it yet but have started another order with another dealer for a comparable Virnig VRG60CT. That...

Well thanks for the reply, I plan on waiting and you have the same setup as I have the BH77 too. I wanted and got the L2501DT back I think in Feb. I waited until May to order the grapple and I think that was a mistake. probably could have gotten one if I ordered at the same time. Bill
