The older style wasn't as much fun. Just my 2 cents. Chains in back if you have turf tires. Extra weight back there is good as well because when you lift the snow blower, you'll lose a lot of traction.

I had that happen and it's a fairly easy job to replace the seal.

With a 6 ft. mower in thick grass, I think you're asking a lot of the 22 hp at the PTO. The gauge is still below the red zone so I would just make sure the radiator fins are not clogged up with anything and go with it. Maybe mow more often so you're not taking as much of a cut. Just my opinion.

when I got my tractor, that lever was completely seized. I think the PO never used the lever, just the foot throttle. I ended up having to take the dash off to get to the parts and used heat to separate the moving parts. Anti-seized all the parts and it's good as new. There is some built in play...
