1997 L4200 Cab info

I have a 1997 L4200 with a cab. I can't find any manual or even information on the cab. I have a manual I got from a friend that he downloaded but he said he couldn't find any on the cab. Can anyone help me out?

I would like a owners manual for it so I can find out all the details such as wiring diagrams and what else is there for standard heating and air conditioning. As far as I can see there isn't a heater or water lines going up but there is air. The HVAC panel is populated with everything but there is a decal where the push button for heat should be ( I think ). I want to see what should be and where it should be.
