Yea glass packs on a diesel don't work worth a hoot. Your loader tower supports should have come down in line with the front frame not over top of it. ;)

The couplers will have nothing top do with it unless they are visibly leaking. Your issue is either in the spool valve or more likely you have a blown internal seal on the cylinder. If it has more than one cylinder you will have to isolate each cylinder to find out which one is causing the issue.

If you can't get it to crank when you jump the solenoid you have a serious issue, like the motor being locked up.
