If you torque them to specs and your torque wrench is calibrated right you will not over torque the washers and they still will not be totally flat if they are better get torque wrench re calibrated. The washers may not be concave you can tell by looking. handy

If it has concave washers the indented side goes up the puched out side goes down. Please forgive my dumb ways of explaining things. Just dont over tighten the concave washer but you will notice the center of washer going down(or up from bottom) as you torque it down but dont tighten it down...

Check washers make sure their on right also when a lot of people sharpen blades they turn it a little at the end and that makes the blades get a little shorter each time they are sharpened. Always keep blades straight and balance them when sharpening. People have a tendency to always turn it at...
