Has anyone figured out the correct oil capacity for the BX2670? My book calls for 3.7 qts which only gets the oil barley past the low mark. It takes 4.5 qts to get it close to the upper line on the stick.

The Fastenal we had was great while it lasted. The closest store now it is about 45 mins from here.

I came up with the same results. No info on them. The Land Pride Tech said they were a grade 2. Not sure if that’s even correct. Maybe they have them made and stamped for there own reference?

Ok, dealer called me back and said a metric 8.8 would be fine as that is equal to a grade 5. He did say the LP bolt is indeed a 6.6 with a C 1 grading.

For now I found some shear pins at Ace, they are a 307a which is a grade 1.They are 5/16s. I ordered 4 spares from my LandPride dealer. Farm king uses grade 8 bolts. I’m surprised LandPride uses such a soft bolt.

They closed a while back after being open less than a year.

I was incorrect , the LandPride bolt is a class 1.6.6 not a 6.6.

According to the Granger bolt chart the 8.8 class metric is comparable to a Grade 5 bolt. Anything less would be a grade 2 I believe.

Thanks, the closest bolt is a 5/16 but is just a hair smaller in diameter. I have some Shear bolts from my Farm King that came with the pto but they are (grade) class 8.8. I didn***8217;t want to use them because they a bit harder than what the LP book calls for. I***8217;ll pick up some 5/16...

Looking to pick up some M8x50 class 1.6.6 spare shear bolts for my SB1064 rear blower. These are impossible to find unless you go through LandPride. Anyone have any sources?

My BX never shows full either, it reads full at start up then always goes down one bar and works correctly from there.

The 10mm uses a bit longer brass than the 40. Fun to shoot makes more noise than the 40, but finding ammo isn’t as easy the 40. For hunting large game check the laws, in Michigan you have to have at least a 30 cal for deer hunting. If your hunting swine the 10mm is great.
