I think by extending the hose you’re only gonna extend your run time by about 3 min. I’d be trying to find the culprit of the issue instead of a bypass to the problem.

No question if it were me I’d go with 14 foot doors. You’re talking about a new build. I’m surprised it’s that much more of a cost to go from 12-14’ doors. Obviously cost of doors and materials go up. What’s a ball park cost for your area between the two sizes?

How many hours do you currently have on it? After the 15 min cutting when it starts to act up if you bring the rpms down or take the load off will it run and act fine or does it continue to run like poop?

When the issue is happening check to see that the separator is still full of fuel and not half full with foam/bubbles on top.

How long has it been since it’s done a regen?
