Got a 2017 M7060 I've and been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong with it.
When under heavy load, (usually while bushogging) it will run perfectly fine for the first 15 min, then begin losing power and bogging down on the uphills and thicker grass. It will then start running rough, the exhaust pipe will shake, and it will sound like it is blowing exhaust past something.
I have worked through the entire fuel system checking for leaks, blown out the fuel lines, dropped the fuel tank and cleaned it, replaced the fuel filter, replaced the hydraulic filters and fluid, and properly bled the fuel system of air.
I'm not sure what to check next. It will run just fine on lighter loads, driving and doing backhoe work. Not sure what's making it act up consistently at 15 min into mowing.
Maybe I've missed something in the fuel system where there could be junk buildup?
Could there be something wrong with the Regen system??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm about to lose my mind. 🤪

Sounds like a great excuse to take a break every 15 minutes…..

Did you check your fuel tank vent lines? Sounds like it’s hungry for fuel. When it’s happening try popping the fuel cap off. Be an easy and free test. Just my first thoughts. Odd it’s only when your bush hogging and going up hill. Is the backhoe run from the tractors pto? I kinda feel like this same issue was brought up before but can’t find the post. Not sure if it was a m7060 but this sounds familiar.

Yes! I checked them and have tried popping the fuel cap. I was so hopeful that was it so I tried it first. Didn't help.
No, the backhoe hooks up to the rear hydraulic ports.
Yeah I'm pretty stumped.
I just did a parked regen yesterday when it called for it. I think the last time it did one was approx 30-40 hrs ago.

I’m not familiar with your tractor.

Occasionally folks have had a small clog of trash in a 90-degree fitting ahead (inlet side) of the water separator housing. Often a symptom is the water separator isn’t full when things get sluggish and it starts to stumble.

Usually takes a while before it struggles like you mentioned.

My apologies if not so equipped, but wanted to throw it out just in case.
I know you said you went through the fuel system, but sounds like it can be easily missed.

Yes I've checked that. I was hoping that was the issue, but it was clear of obstruction.

I did a little searching here:
Kubota Tractor Corporation - Illustrated Parts List (kubotausa.com)

Looks like your tractor does have a separator of the type that can cause issues.

Check the 90 degree fitting I (HOPE) I circled in RED. I'm not good at TECH stuff.....but here we go....

Gotcha - - took me a while to figure out how to post the picture and I think we were typing at same time.

Sure sounds like a fuel starvation issue to me too. I think you're wise to keep that in mind ....

Best wishes finding the problem.

When the issue is happening check to see that the separator is still full of fuel and not half full with foam/bubbles on top.

How many hours do you currently have on it?
After the 15 min cutting when it starts to act up if you bring the rpms down or take the load off will it run and act fine or does it continue to run like poop?

Right around 570 hours on it.
When I kill the pto and lower the rpms it'll still ruin rough and acceleration is slow. However, it will gradually get better if you keep driving in a lower gear.

There may be a 'service bulliten' out for faulty injectors..... theres a few threads on the TBN fourms about it on this model. There was a serial number range affected, people having similar issues.
Have you had recent, normal DPF regens? I think theres a way to force one if youve inturrepted any recently, but i doubt thats the issue.

You mention exhuast so could be related to the EGR system. Go through the list for "the output is deficient" that's provided in the WSM for the M7060/M6060, particularly "There is gas leakage from the exhaust system".

I had a similar issue. Condensed version. Loss of power under load with no smoke associated. Fuel filter bowl full. I replaced the fuel lines after the filter with clear tube and could see air bubbles. Replacing the fuel filter assembly fixed it. YMMV

You or Kubota can wash a dpf. Several YouTube vids show how to wash one.
The DPF can not be cleaned by "WASHING" it. It must be disassembled and professionally baked in a very high-temperature oven/kiln.
