new to forum - l225 brakes and hydraulic fluid questions

Me personally... I like the super udt fluid for the HSD. It is much more forgiving although more pricier than the standard UDT fluid. The synthethics preserve the fluid under stressful conditions thus preserving the tractor components. The only reason I know this is because my neighbor is a...

    opinions on new loader valve

What the new valve does not have is the the relief valve that typically comes on Kubota Husco valves. Also if you have a FEL the new valve does not have a regen spool valve for faster dumping like the kubota Husco. What do you currently have on your 7100? You may want to post this on the...

    Draw Bar II

There is an easier way to calculate the force needed to lift a known load based on a particular block and pulley system. Count the number of lines attached to the load pulley this is your mechanical advantage. Example is you are lifting a 1000# load and there are 4 lines attached to the shive...

I could not find the retrofit part number besides the 2410 may not fit your 27 and 2910.... but I am pretty sure it will. With that being said I have something BETTER:D! B2410 Jerky steering

Dear SABLT... I got a better idea!:D Do what I did and go up on the Kubota corporate site and leave a very nice email outlining your issue and cite the OTT forum where you learned of the fix. When I asked for assistance I got a call from Kubota corporate in less than 14 hours.... no kidding...

Vibration in high gear traveling at max speed

I want to throw this out to the folks at OTT... during the last big snow we had here in Maryland I got my B2410 4 WD HSD hung up a couple of times. I rocked myself pretty hard to get free in both cases;however, now when traveling at high speeds in high gear only I have a distinct vibration...

    Grease fittings

I have an RCK60B on my 2410 and my plastic antiscalp rollers do not use grease fittings at all. However, my mower does not "hang" under the tractor it is on hard rubber treaded steel wheels on the fromt corners and 2 at the center of the mower that is adjustable for the mowing height. Those 4...

    B7100 axle/hub question

Dave is on the right track for really worn hubs and axles for sure... the reason I used the wraparound brass shim stock was so the shims that dave is talking about can slide under it and the brass will hold it in place on all 8 sides as it is drivn on.... Well said Dave! 4 stars 4 Dave:D! Butch

    Orange "Personnel" Maintenance

Vic... due to the volitility of the hooch and thye heat of a diesel's compression... I venture the compression with cause a preignition that put a rod through the case. This stuff burns with beautiful and HOT flame only able to be seen in the dark. I'd say it would be kind'a like using...

    Hello and a b7610 question

Take a look at the following site to actually see what is in your valve. the color cutaway is nice but does not accurately your valve; however that last sheet in the catalog cut does to a tee. http://www.huscointl.com/media/pdf/construction/9210.pdf What I would do first is to remove the...
