Patience can pay off!! I’ve was watching trailers For over 6 months before I got mine.. same idea, it was on the dealer website and I had to go there to see about the snow blower. Bought it that day.
Would it count if it’s not on my land? Raised 3 pigs with a friend of mine last year, and plan on doing the same this year. None for profit just for our own freezers. This year there will be a lamb as well hopefully going into the freezer. He purchased 2 ewes and 1 intact ram and a fixed ram. I...
the lines to the loader are not hard plumbed at the working end. If you look at the third picture I can just slide them out of the bracket. Keeps the hoses with the machine. i only take my loader off when I’m mowing.
front Blowers are on back order, plus the additional cost for the k connect lead me to just get a rear blower. Plus I like having the loader on for piling snow.
finally got to use my new ROPs lights.
I don’t think I posted an update on my 3rd function. Dealer made good on moving the valve...
i rented a gas powered 6” one to take care of a tree that fell at my rental property, cost me $150. Took 3 of us less that 4 hrs. When done i filled up a 6x10x2 utility trailer. The tree was 2’ wide at the base and at least 60’ tall.
Wow that is quite a bit of money. I’d love to have a front mount mower on my machine, but for the cost a rear finishing mower works just fine. I also only mow about an acre now as I have a big pond
Cold day is right. But always a good time on the hard water. Yesterday was hard on the machines. There was 18” of ice with 12” of slush with almost another 12“ of snow on top. Warmed up to -4 c so it wasn’t too bad.
that’s all solid ice. Thinking im done with the ice fishing this season.
yup. I have a similar one. I chose they style so I could keep my loader on, and they are a pile cheaper than the one that goes on the front. You can also get an inverted style, again more expensive that goes on the back, but you drive forward
got that right lol, I ran my blower for 4hrs clearing 5 driveways plus drove about 5km round trip. Used 1/8th of a tank in my BX23. I expected that a tank of fuel would last about 8-10hrs of actual high rpm use however its way more fuel efficient than that.
my wife has one of those fancy cars that can be remote started with her phone.. me, I toss on pants and a sweatshit run out start my car. Then get ready for work.
I have the 2 dealer welded hooks on my BX. They are invaluable. A third one in the middle is on my “to add” list. For that one I will go bolt on instead of welding in a reinforced plate. The middle of the bucket doesn’t have enough meat to it IMO.
Everything is back to normal today. I did take the time to shovel off my flat deck and the pan of the truck. I still have to pull the trailer out of the snow and clear around / under it. i Am lucky this year I got free barn storage for my boat so it’s one less thing to push snow around.
I put a splash of kleenflo diesel conditioner in my fuel can before I full it up. I do this from about sept Until winter is done. I also Use conditioner in my gas as well, every can gets some put in it.
thanks to COVID our yearly fishing tip was cancelled. It’s the only time I use a hut. Fishing local, we are usually just out on the ice. If its really windy or cold, we light a fire near shore and the watch the flags on the tip ups. If I’m jigging, I drill a hole next to the footrest on my atv...
Those are 17” rims on the wife’s car. It’s still falling, there was no snow on it when I went to bed last night. Looking at 25cm of snow today, I think that’s around 11”...
Well. 5 driveways snow blowed this morning, mine, a friends down the road, my neighbors and 2 other houses with elderly folks. I will head back out later, move all 4 vehicles and clean up my driveway. got at least 8” in 8 hrs.
